Maintenance needs are handled promptly and progress is updated Via the community Ap. Gorgeous property and modern amenities. Friendly Neighbors, and Quiet. A happy place for the puppy too.

I toured Camden at Waterford Lakes in late December 2023 and it was great. Though I realized after the tour that I would not be able to afford living here, the tour and assistance I received was great. Amanda did a great job following up and providing accurate information to all of my questions. If you can afford it, definitely would recommend renting at this complex!

On my first visit to Camden Waterford Lakes apartments was received by Brianna Mulford with a big smile and very friendly attitude. She was of great help for me to decide which model would be best for myself and my son (Nantucket), this floor plan looked amazing and I loved it as soon as I walked in. 2 days after that, my son and I visited some other apartment complex but definitely Waterford Lakes has no comparison. That day Amanda Summers was very patient with all the questions my son had, she answered everything we needed help with while filling out the application. Very polite and knowledgeable. Both of them are great, they make you feel like family. We will definitely enjoy living there and visiting the Administration Office🥰

Out of the blue, I had decided to tour Camden Waterford Lakes Apartments. I drive by this area almost everyday, and told myself to go for it. I was not disappointed. I don't remember the young lady's name who greeted me at the front door. She was very friendly, and walked me over to Brianna's desk. Brianna is wonderful. I don't know what impressed me most. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool was perfect. The gazebo, and walking to the edge of the lake was heaven. It was so Zen like, and truly peaceful. I don't live there, but felt very much at peace. The apartment was perfect, with a beautiful spread out kitchen. The cabinets were spacious. I enjoy cooking, and kitchens are very important to me. Anyway, now is not the time for me to move, but when my lease is up in a few months, I truly hope that Camden will be my home. Thank you Brianna for a warm welcome. Lucy L.

Brianna, was amazing and worked diligently to get my family moved in. We had a very small time frame to get moved in, but she made it happen. Brianna was very hospitable when we arrived and kept perfect communication from the tour to the move in. Truly a painless experience. I was very nervous and didn’t know what I was looking for . As soon as I got there I was greeted warmly by two women and then guided shortly to Luis’s office. He was very welcoming and helped guide me in the right direction by asking me a few questions. He was very helpful with all the questions and worries I had about apartments . He was so sweet and helped show me a few options and even was able to show me some open apartments so I could see them first hand . Between the interactions with the staff and Luis’s help & guidance I fell in love with an apartment that day. Luis helped me with the paper work and told me what the next steps were! I am excited to say I will be part of the Camden community starting in January !! I want to say thank you to Luis for providing such a welcoming and supportive space. Thank you for helping me find my next home .

I have lived here for less than a year but have used the amenities, scheduled maintenance and dealt with the leasing office in that time and each interaction has been great. I live in a 3rd floor 2/2 apartment looking at the lake and pool for $1802 and will be moving out before my lease is up and they made the process of me leaving and having a roommate replace me on the lease simple. I have the Hampton floor plan which has 2 HUGE bathrooms and 2 HUGE walk in closets. The community is also gated which I don’t think many other ones have. There is a base rent for each unit, then they add in fees for parking, trash, and a technology package. Parking $10 Trash $25 (I think) Technology package is 1G high speed internet with AT&T for $73 My rent of $1802 includes everything listed. Rent prices have gone up for sure since I got my unit, but I share the numbers to show what’s included. If I had to nitpick, I wish they had a part time courtesy officer. I’ve been here a few months and there was a time people were at the pool during quiet hours and I couldn’t sleep. If there was a courtesy officer they’d be able to clear it out, now they’d direct you to call the non emergency line of the police department which I think is too much of an escalation. Nitpick #2: You have to call maintenance to change your lightbulbs, which are free. They are LED lightbulbs which is pro at great for most people, but I like white daylight bulbs and they use the yellow warm bulbs. The first thing I do when moving into an apartment is buying new lightbulbs and they also don’t use a standard bulb that screws in, these have 2 prongs and cost $7 per bulb. Once again, they give the bulbs and change them for free, I just wish you could choose the color.
